Healthcare Staffing Associates provides medical director staffing and healthcare licensing support services for Florida healthcare facilities.

By accessing or using the Healthcare Staffing Associates website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our services are designed to connect healthcare professionals with employment opportunities. When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Healthcare Staffing Associates SMS. By providing your mobile number to Healthcare Staffing Associates (HSA Medical Corp) — by contacting us by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or web inquiry, or during service signup — you agree to receive SMS text messages from us regarding medical director staffing and AHCA licensing services, including replies to your inquiries, service and account updates, and occasional outreach relevant to your clinic. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month unless you are in an active conversation with us). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Admin@hsamedical.com or (786) 376-6028. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Professional Credentials

You represent and warrant that all professional credentials, licenses, certifications, and qualifications you provide are accurate, current, and valid. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

Employment Relationship

Healthcare Staffing Associates acts as a staffing agency and intermediary. The terms of your employment, including compensation, benefits, and duties, will be specified in separate agreements with healthcare facilities. We are not responsible for workplace conditions or disputes between healthcare professionals and facilities.

Confidentiality

As a healthcare professional working through our agency, you may have access to protected health information (PHI) and other confidential information. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and facility-specific confidentiality policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Healthcare Staffing Associates or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthcare Staffing Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any employment obtained through our agency.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Dispute Resolution
